Introduction to Charcuterie: Pâte, Rillettes and Duck Ham
Learn to make delicious pâtés and duck ham.

You will learn how to make 3 different and delicious pâtés - a smooth chicken liver pâté, a coarse traditional pork pâté and a duck rillette. You will also learn how to dry cure your own duck ham ' magret seché'.
At the end of the day you will take home some pâté of each variety that you created.
All ingredients are inclusive in the course fee and a light lunch is also provided.
You will need to bring an apron, a chopping board and your favourite chef's knife.
