You will learn to bake a selection of classic English cakes and biscuits including Lemon Drizzle Cake, Ginger Snaps, Shortbread and Almond Slices.

You will be provided with a list of ingredients to bring and at the end of the day you will take home everything that you have baked.

You will need to bring an apron, 2 mixing bowls and containers to take your cakes and biscuits home in.
