English Style Sausage Making
Learn to make traditional British Bangers!
2.30pm - 5.30pm
You will learn how to mince and season your ingredients to make traditional British Bangers : pork with leek and pork and mustard.
You will then learn the art of sausage stuffing.
At the end of the course you will take home with you approx. 1 kilo of each flavour sausage, ready to BBQ.
All ingredients are included in the course fee.
You will need to bring an apron, a chopping board and your preferred chef's knife.
