English Style Sausage Making and Scotch Eggs
Learn to make traditional British Bangers and scotch eggs.
On this course you will learn to make Scotch eggs and English or French style sausages , using the mincer and learning how to blend your seasonings. Having fun using the different ways of stuffing sausages and of course taking home the produce you have made. All ingredients are included in the course fee
.You will need to bring an apron, a chopping board and your preferred chef's knife, a cool bag and some freezer bags.
