You will learn about the ingredients that are used to make black pudding sausages and how to prepare them for stuffing the cases.

Using our own recipe you will then make, stuff and cook your own sausages.

At the end of the course you will take home approx. 1kg of your own black pudding.

All ingredients are inclusive in the course fee.

You will need to bring an apron.
