Vegetarian Perfect Pastry
Learn how to make fabulous vegetarian pastries.
2.30pm - 6.30pm
On this course you will learn how to make fabulous mushroom stuffed vegetarian flaky pastry rolls and plaits as well as a vegetarian hot water crust pastry butternut, mushroom and chestnut pie.
You will take home everything that you have cooked during the day.
All ingredients are inclusive in the course fee.
You will need to bring an apron, a chopping board, your favourite chef's knife and a 1kg loaf tin and a large roasting/baking tin.
