Gluten free baking
Learn how to make gluten free bread and pastry.
From 2.30pm - 6pm
During this workshop you will create a gluten free wholemeal bread, and a savoury pastry tart.
All ingredients are provided for you and are organic.
You will take home everything you have made as well as laminated recipe cards so you can recreate these tasty dishes in your own home.
You will need to bring with you a 1kilo loaf tin and a 20 - 22cm loose bottomed quiche tin, your apron and your preferred chef's knife.
