On this course you will learn how to make flaky pastry and hot-water crust pastry.

You will then create and cook sausage rolls, a sausage plait and a large traditional English pork pie.

You will take home everything that you have cooked during the day.

All ingredients are inclusive in the course fee.

You will need to bring an apron, a chopping board, your favourite chef's knife, a 1kg loaf tin and a large roasting/baking tray.
