  • What a brilliant course. I did the pate making course in November 2015 and it was such a lovely experience. Learnt to make the tastiest rillettes we have ever eaten and managed to polish them off in two days! superb organic meats from their farm and even got to have a walk around to see all of the animals. Everything was beautifully prepared and we were given laminated recipes which was a brilliant idea as mine became yuckie quite quickly! I took my haggis home and cooked it for my French neighbours.
